A typical property purchase would involve us reviewing the contract for sale, negotiating amendments, searching and investigating the title, advising on stamp duty, drafting settlement figures and attending to settlement.

Selling

So you have made the decision to sell your property, you have appointed a selling agent, now what? You should contact us to prepare a Contract of Sale which is required before your property can be advertised. The Contract of Sale we draft will be specific to your circumstances. When you have found a purchaser and exchanged contracts, there is a process involved before the settlement monies are released to you. We will guide you through that process without the stress.
